How many guests can the venue hold?
The event hall accommodates up to 350 guests. Layouts are flexible — seated dinners, cocktail receptions, dance-floor-focused parties, and presentation setups are all possible, and tables and chairs are provided.
How much does the venue cost?
Pricing depends on your date, guest count, and package (Venue Only, AV, AV + Decoration & DJ, or Full Service with Catering). Submit the availability form or call Rina at 972-352-0888 for a quote — there are no published fixed prices because every event is scoped individually.
Can my guests stay overnight at the hotel?
Yes — that is the biggest advantage of this venue. The hotel's seven room types are on the same property as the event hall, so out-of-town guests can stay steps from the celebration. Ask the event team about room blocks when you inquire.
Is catering available?
Yes, through the Full Service with Catering package. Catering currently requires a minimum of 100 guests. For smaller events, ask the event team about your options when you request availability.
Does submitting the form reserve my date?
No. The inquiry form requests availability only — nothing is booked until the event sales team confirms your date and details with you directly.
