Live rates and availability are in our secure booking system (WebRez) — the Book Now buttons across the site open it. Rates change with dates, demand, and citywide events, so the system always shows the current price for your stay.
Are there discounts for booking directly?
The hotel has offered direct-booking specials — call the front desk at 817-652-3100, ask what is currently available for your dates, and confirm the terms when you book.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Reception operates 6:30 AM to 2:00 AM daily (until 3:00 AM Friday–Saturday). If you arrive after hours, check-in instructions are sent to you by email and text message. Contact the front desk to confirm timing details for your reservation.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Change and cancellation terms depend on the rate you booked and are shown during booking. Direct phone confirm current terms when booking. For anything about an existing reservation, call 817-652-3100 — the front desk can see your booking.
